You must eat here if you want top, top class fine dining in Santorini. We went there for our 25th wedding anniversary and were also their first diners of the new season so felt extra special and the level of service was beyond compare. The food was at least as good as anything we have ever eaten in Michelin star restaurants in the UK. The range of tasters were phenomenal particularly the tomato tweel and the spinach foam pie…wow! Beef capriccio starters and sea bream and herb crusted lamb mains were absolutely delicious. It was great to meet the chef to personally thank him and the team for such an amazing culinary experience. I’ve not even mentioned the view and stunning sunset which rounded off a truly unforgettable evening. Thanks so much, the memories will last forever I’m sure.

We enjoyed Aeifos in family and together with friends, and we had a fabulous experience. Since the arrival, all the staff of this luxurious but cozy hotel was so kind and helpful, also with the children. They take care of every detail, to make you enjoy the island. The rooms are comfortable and neatly decorated, the common areas as well. The views from the lobby and the veranda area just outstanding, including the beautiful infinite swimming pool…
They even offered us an upgrade to a room with jacuzzi outside to enjoy the outstanding Caldera views. Breakfast buffet is very assorted, with many local products and recipes plus a la carte egg preparations everything of very high quality, true delicatessen. It was also surprising the tasty fine dining options and the basics for a quick meal like the excellent hamburger, salads (we ate them three days in a row). A cocktail at sunset is something you cannot miss.
Our experience was truly unforgettable and for sure we will come back!
